Feeling stuck

I am a Mastery Rank 8 player, almost done with star chart (except for ropalolyst and that level 80 lua mission) and just finished chimera prologue.

I need help because in level 40+ missions my warframe gets their shield down fast and I always die quick. I mostly use rhino for the entire star chart and when I use other frames they are pretty weak.

I use other weapons such as a hek, kohm, dread, and xoris (with catalyst and forma), but I’m not sure if I’m just modding them incorrectly and I’m just wasting my resources aimlessly.

It feels frustratingly stuck and I don’t have a clue on what to do, sorry if this is long but if you can recommend any builds, suggestions, etc. It will be greatly appreciated. Just ask me for the builds.
