Arbitration Operative gets stuck in wall and dies

Just failed an arbi defense at wave 25 because the operative randomly got stuck halfway inside a wall and proceeded to take ticks of about 5000 damage until he died. Checked EE.log and it said he died to a charger but I watched him vibrate/float inside the wall and no enemies were nearby.

I hoped after this much time they patched the bugs related to Arbis so it's pretty frustrating that you can still fail out of nowhere
