What's your luckiest farming story?

I just spawned two Sisters in a row with Ephemeras, and it's the last two Ephemeras I was missing as well. I've been supremely unlucky with the Sister Ephemeras, to the point where I already have every Sister weapon at 60% Elemental bonus, but I still didn't have all of the Ephemeras.

This means I can finally go back to Lich hunting instead! I have all the Lich Ephemeras, but I don't have all 60% weapons.

What am I doing with my life ;_;

Also I wanted to farm Profit-Taker for the Bloodshed Sigil yesterday, figured it would take a couple of weeks at a 3% drop chance. Got it on the first attempt.
