What equipment should I use to farm requiem mods and kill my lich?

I'm Mr10 as of now and I would like to kill my lich because it has a Kuva zarr and I want it to stop stealing my recourses. I do have some primes, which are Loki, Chroma, Zephyr, rubico, burston, gram, and the kronen. I also have Styanax but I haven't put any forma on him.
