Loki's Decoy should gain health in the same way as rhino's iron skin

so basically for a second give or take on the initial cast it should absorb incoming damage to define how much hp it gets. as it is, the harder the difficulty, the less useful decoy becomes, dying almost instantly in steel path which pretty much defeats the purpose of the ability.

i'm not sure if saryn's molt has a similar issue but it's an instant cast and doesn't seem to die immediately when i've used saryn in circuit so it's probably fine? idk, she's more than strong enough already so even if it is pretty weak i don't think she needs a buff since her offensive focus is so strong.

so, yeah, give loki some love so he can be more useful in the circuit and other steel path missions.
