What mistake did you make as a new player that has bit you in the bum to this day?

For me, it’s that after 38d, 14h, and 23m total playtime (In simpler terms, 926 hours) I’m only just now doing Nightmare missions, dragon vaults, and Sorties. I’ve never done much early-mid game content, and now I’m realizing the end-game would probably be easier if I did.
