Number of Antigens and Mutagens that can be used on a single Vulpaphyla.

So recently when I was searching YouTube for some Panzer Vulpaphyla builds I came across a channel named "Gamble" where the guy has a Panzer Vulpaphyla with all the antigens and mutagens used on the Vulpaphyla.I'm so confused after seeing this because in the Warframe Wiki,it says that we can only use one antigen and one mutagen on a single Vulpaphyla.Can somebody please explain this????

Note: This question was asked by someone else but in a confusing way and half of the people replied him very rudely and telling that he lacks knowledge about the game.I'm currently MR 6 and I admit that I have a very little knowledge about the game but I'm trying to improve it everyday.So informative and kind replies are appreciated...
