What are your personal recommendations for warframes that are tanky while still having some dmg and speed.

Basically I’m looking for a warframe that’s nice and tanky without too much trade off in the areas of dmg and speed. I understand that obviously tankier warframes need to have trade offs in speed and damage to be balanced so I’m not looking for “the perfect warframe”, just one that doesn’t fall off too hard in the late game.
