Of all frames, which do you think needs the next update most? Why that frame and how would you improve it?

I am not gonna try and guess what DE has planned, nor will I say I know more...far from it.

I want this post to be about Tenno bringing up the Frames they feel need some love and how they would do so.

I wanna start with Loki.
-His Decoy pulls aggro for the instant it is summoned, but in Steel Path it is only rank 1 so any damage instantly kills it.
-His Switch Teleport is really only good for if a Target falls off the map. Unfortunately, trolls use it on other Tenno and well...
-His Radial Disarm is pointless against the Infested and needs an Augment (Irradiating Disarm) to actually do something, but even that is lacking.

-I would fix Decoy by making it scale with the mission for starters (if not replaced with another ability).
-I would fix Switch Teleport by...honestly, I would just replace it, but like Decoy, I am not sure what to replace them with.
-I would fix Radial Disarm by bundling the Augment into the ability for starters and maybe make the Augment something like "Hold 4 to direct the effected enemies to attack that target" .
