What is the importance of l Sprag in the veilbreaker mission?

Question may be a spoiler. DE announced she was coming back, but I don’t want to spoil the fight if you haven’t done it.

I defeated her. After I ripped the veil off, she walked away and I was stuck in the arena. I tried doing the trick some of you suggested to get stuck by the gate and do the unstuck command. No luck. I had to go back and finish the quest without fighting her. so, question is. Do we get anything for defeating her?
