Players should not be allowed to manually start the mission timer on fissure missions

This one’s pretty self explanatory

How many times has it happened to you? You wait 10 minutes to get a full relic squad together, and before you have the chance to select your relic (because of loading times, upgrading, looking for the right one, etc) someone else in the squad starts the mission timer.

You now have two options: abort the mission and find an entire new squad, or play through the entire mission without a relic and receive nothing at the end.

It doesn’t make sense that one player’s button press can force one or more players in the squad to go find another group.
