I was trying to imagine a frost rework, but ended up coming up with a completely different style ice frame,I’m interested in everyone’s opinions on her.

Graupel - the blizzard frame Stats Hp - 150 (450 at rank 30) Shield - 75 (225 at rank 30) Armour - 75 Energy max - 80 (240 at rank 30) Sprint speed - 1.0

Passive - frigid air Upon applying max freeze stacks to a target, that target is frozen solid for the remainder of the proc.

1 - condensed daggers (helminth ability) Graupel freezes the water in the air around herself to forge knifes made of ice to strike at enemies within range, dealing damage and apply two stacks of freeze to the initial target as well as one to each nearby enemy. This ability can be held to increase its targeting area.

Status duration of freeze stacks applied by this ability will scale with duration

Cost - 25 energy Damage per dagger - 200(cold) Targeting area - 45 degrees - 180 degrees Range - 7m - 28m Dagger explosion - 2m

2 - blizzard Graupel conjures a massive blizzard around herself, enemies within this blizzard will be applied a freeze stack every second. When a frozen target within the blizzard is applied an additional stack of freeze it will strip a percent of their armour. When a frozen enemy dies within the blizzard it will partially refresh its duration.

Energy cost - 50 Duration - 15 seconds Duration/frozen enemy killed - 3s (scales with ability duration) Radius - 10m Armour strip per freeze stack - 5% (scales with ability strength)

Augment - snatching storm Each stack of freeze on frozen targets will also have a 30% chance to steal a drop from that target

3 - glacial tether Graupel uses the moisture in the air to bring frozen enemies together. When cast on a frozen target a tether will spread out applying freeze over time to each enemy around them, if a tethered target is frozen, tethers will spread out from that target. At the end of the duration all frozen tether enemies are pulled to the initial target, if the target is dead they will be pulled towards where the target was.

Energy cost - 75 Duration - 5 seconds Tether radius - 5m

4 - glacial orbit Graupel begins channeling energy to draw the shards of shattered enemies in to deal damage around herself. When a frozen enemy dies their frozen shards are pulled into orbit around graupel, these shards deal cold damage to nearby enemies, doubling against frozen enemies.

Cost - 15 energy Drain/second - 3 energy (scales with duration) Damage per shard - 15% of shattered enemy’s max hp ( scales with ability strength) Shard radius - 5m

Augment - protective shards Instead of getting 15% of enemy max hp as damage, gain 7% max hp as damage, as well as restoring 7% max hp to graupel’s health or shield, whichever is higher.
