Hey I’m trying to get certain prime parts and I was wondering if there is a good way to get them

Specifically I’m trying to get the braton prime components and I’m not sure how to get them I know I can get it through relics but is there a way to increase the chances of getting that component (Also is it possible to get it before I’m at the correct mastery level?)
