Color blind downed teammate red text issue

So I'm color blind, which ever version is the kind where you have trouble with reds. A few months ago I found out I could change HUD icon colors, so I changed "Downed Teammates" to something much more easy to see, and it works, but the icon goes away when the teammate is visibly on screen, and I have trouble finding people when all I have to go by is the red text (especially when there's a lot of other stuff going on). Is there a way to change the red text by itself? I've tried the different color blind modes and they don't help at all while also making everything else look absolutely horrible. Here's some examples I threw together.
