I wasn't expecting another feature-length quest like The New War, but I was certainly expecting more than to kill a few Grineer, get a tutorial in the three new game modes and be done with it, all while your operator goes from "Ugh the Zariman, lets scuttle it" to "No! Don't die random crew members! We must protect the Zariman" so fast it gives you whiplash.
It feels like we're missing the entire core of the quest and just got a beginning and an ending. Personally with the atmosphere you're first exposed to, I was expecting something like Chains of Harrow, where you're wandering a ghost ship, fighting off monstrosities (the Angels) and having flashbacks to the scarring events you went through on board as a teenager.
