There should NEVER be a Syndicate rank-up with ONLY cosmetic items for a reward

I really thought DE had learned their lesson with the fish trophy fiasco, but apparently not.

Put ALL items available at the new level from the syndicate vendors in the reward pool for ranking up, please.

Unfortunately, the reason they are doing this (again) is probably to stretch out the syndicate grind.
