people on next gen, it is verry annoying when you force start the mission and get us stuck in mission complete or black screens

Pretty much title, is it so difficult to just wait for 30 seconds until we load in and press ready? Sometimes im in a mission for which i dont often find other to play with, sister or kuva murmur farming, and then because you cant wait for 15 or 30 seconds, not only am i not inthe mission anymore, but i need to restart the game. Is there nothing DE can do about this? Ive seen it happen even with relic missions where players dont get to choose a relic because some next gen force started the mission cuz he didnt have the patience to wait for a couple seconds. Does the waiting inconvenience you as much as having to restart the game? NO. Please just wait until everybody is ready...
